What do I have to do to contract your services?

We will send you an individual and personalized quote after reviewing your manuscript and determining the work required according to the service you want. You can also use our contact form on this website.
What is the turnaround time?
It depends on the service you hire, the length of the manuscript and the work required based on our assessment. Each text is unique. We prefer not to promise "express" deliveries in advance, which are incompatible with an optimal service. We can, however, take on specific urgent assignments.
Can I trust that my manuscript will be kept confidential?
Your manuscript will be treated with the utmost discretion and confidentiality. We have an internal policy regarding the handling of manuscripts.
What does the Manuscript Evaluation Service include?
The Manuscript Evaluation Service includes an analysis of your manuscript in a report based on our expert judgement and according to the fundamental conditions that an academic work should meet. It highlights the positive aspects and those that should be changed if any. This service does not include editing.
How do the Editing Services work?
Editing services help you to improve and polish your manuscript. Once text editing has been completed, we will send you the edited version for your review. We will change any aspect you want to modify or improve at no additional cost. Substantive editing includes as many revisions as necessary.
How does the Journal Selection Assistance Service work?
This service is to help you submit academic articles to specialized journals. We evaluate the conditions of the manuscript and recommend any changes it may need through a report so that the text meets the requirements according to the publisher. Depending on your preferences, the report will include three to five recommendations.
How do the Reference Formatting and Plagiarism Check Services work?
Substantive Editing service includes formatting the list of references to adapt the text to the publisher's requirements. In the case of other types of service, formatting is an additional option under a separate budget. Plagiarism checking is, in all cases, an additional service.
What is the cost of each service?
You can be sure that the relationship between our prices and the quality and satisfaction of our work is worth it. We are not simply an editing service. We carefully review the content's level and accuracy and provide additional suggestions and recommendations for the most refined version of your manuscript.
Each service is priced according to a customized proposal. Quotes for each service are calculated based on the original manuscript’s word count and the work involved. A special rate applies to cases requiring comprehensive work concerning more than one service.
How and when do I pay?
You can pay by bank transfer or PayPal once we send you our proposal and before starting the service.
How do I contract non-academic services?
The procedure for contacting and submitting manuscripts is the same as for academic services.
What other editorial services do you provide?
With our editing services, we provide tutorial guidance free of charge.
What editorial services do you not provide?
We only collaborate with real authors. We do not accept assignments that involve writing manuscripts on behalf of someone else or for someone else to sign as their own.
