What is the turnaround time?
It depends on the service, the length of the manuscript, and its needs. Each text is unique.
Can I trust that my manuscript will be kept confidential?
Your manuscript will be treated with the utmost discretion and confidentiality. We have an internal policy regarding the handling of manuscripts.
What does the Manuscript Evaluation Service include?
It includes an analysis of your manuscript in a report based on our expert judgement and according to the highest standards. It highlights the positive aspects and recommendations to address problematic issues. This service does not include editing.
How do the Editing Services work?
Editing services help you to improve and polish your manuscript. Once text editing has been completed, we will send you the edited version for your review. Any aspect you want to modify will be revised at no additional cost. The number of revision rounds depends on the type of editing: Standard or Substantive, as well as the services covered.
How does the Journal Selection Assistance Service work?
This service is to help you in the selection of specialized journals for academic article submission. We evaluate the manuscript's status and prepare a report with comprehensive information on the recommended journals, detailing those aspects of your text that may need revision based on the journal’s guidelines.
How does the Plagiarism Check Service work?
Plagiarism checking is a separate service and is upon request.
What is the cost of each service?
You can be confident that our prices are reasonable and well-aligned with the quality and satisfaction of our work. We are more than just an editing service. We thoroughly analyze strengths and weaknesses and identify potential sensible issues that may arise with journal editors or reviewers, providing accurate, tailored advice to help you achieve the best possible version of your manuscript.
How and when do I pay?
You can pay by bank transfer or PayPal once we send you our quote and before starting the service.
How do I contract non-academic services?
The procedure is the same as for requesting academic services.
What other editorial services do you provide?
Along with our editing services, we offer professional advice and guidance free of charge as experienced researchers and academics. Other editorial assistance can be provided upon request.
What editorial services do you not provide?
We only collaborate with real authors. We do not take projects that involve writing manuscripts on behalf of someone else or for someone else to sign as their own.
